Participants are expected to attend all 4 sessions.

This 4-week education series helps you understand the importance of  bone health, what factors contribute to low bone density and  osteoporosis, and how to reduce risk for falls and fractures. This talk  also explores the role of exercise, nutrition, and medication/supplement  management.

Technical requirement:

  • You need Internet access and a computer and device for this program
  • Your computer/device microphone and video must be turned on during class sessions

Presented in partnership with Occupational Therapists, Dietitians,  and Pharmacists from the Burlington Family Health Team and Caroline  Family Health Team.
