Footcare Services

The Burlington Family Health Team provides access to foot care service at no cost for patients who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Reside in Burlington; and

• Have a valid OHIP card; and

• Require footcare and have one or more of the following medical conditions:

  • A diagnosis of diabetes plus diabetic neuropathy, Peripheral artery disease, chronic kidney disease or a previous foot ulceration

  • Take blood thinners

  • Have a foot condition that is impairing ability to walk

Monday to Friday • 9:00am-5:00pm
