Did you know:
In most provinces across Canada, the third Monday of February is observed as a regional statutory holiday, typically known as "Family Day."
The Family Day holiday was created to emphasize the importance of community and to encourage people to use the day to spend time with others.
Family Day can be a time when you gather in your community. There are so many ways to be active in Burlington this winter - inside and out!
The City of Burlington provides a free Lending Library, all season-long, where you can borrow a wide-range of fun and unique play equipment, free of charge! Learn a new game or pick up an old favourite, such as Pickle Ball, snow shoeing, badminton, bird watching and so much more!
Pick up a free Community Access Pass from the Burlington Public Library to gain free admission to several local and provincial tourism destinations, including the Royal Botanical Gardens, Conservation Halton Parks, Ireland House Museum, and many more!
